-Free items cannot be substituted for other works or discounts
-Eligible customers: Offer available to residential homeowners within Sorted Electrical’s Brisbane and Bayside service area.
-Eligible air conditioners: Air conditioners must be selected eligible systems supplied and installed by Sorted Electrical. BYO air conditioners do not qualify.
-Additional works: Switchboard upgrades, mains upgrades, additional electrical circuits, difficult access, scaffolding, asbestos-related work, additional pipework, condensate pumps, structural work or other non-standard works are not included unless specifically stated and will be quoted before proceeding.
-Free fan selection: Free ceiling fans are limited to selected models/colours from Sorted Electrical’s nominated promotional range and are subject to availability.
-If the customer reduces the number of qualifying air conditioners before installation, their promotional entitlement changes to the package that matches the final number installed.
-Packages cannot be combined with another promotional offer or discount unless explicitly approved by Sorted Electrical.
-Promotional/free products receive applicable manufacturer warranties and any Sorted Electrical workmanship warranty that normally applies to the installation.
