George, who we had an initial meeting / walkthrough / quote with is a very professional and knowledgable tradesman. The team of gentleman that came out really were great. Flynn, the tradesman in charge on site is a weapon. He's switched on, approachable, and a problem solver. Afterwards he checked how clean the job area was left and that everything was functioning and we were happy.

As a first step in giving the house a facelift, we had sorted do:
The internet access point moved, new internet ports put in, a WAP, new and compliant smoke alarms installed, 7 new fans, new air conditioner and unit. New wall sockets, ethernet ports, switch board / isolators and surge protectors, generator transfer switch / inlet and 4 downlights.
We supplied a handful of items such as the WAP and downlights which they had no issue with at all.
Here is a photo of the new living room fan and aircon unit the boys installed (before doing any serious work / rennovations).

We walked through options in detail, worked on a quote and locked in a time which wasn’t months down the line.
Blake and Dylan were booked in for a particular day to do the job but were able to come a few days early which worked for me.
We walked through the job and they got to work keeping me updated on progress throughout. They even checked in on things like the cat being allowed outside which I thought was very thoughtful ☺️

Requested these guys come to do a job for me. Had a couple of younger/junior guys spend half a day working on it; I gave them a run down of what I needed and they said it would be no problem.
Later in the day someone more senior came in and started telling them they’d made a heap of mistakes and what they were trying to do wasn’t possible, that there were things they hadn’t considered etc.
At the end of the day they left, no explanation, the job unfinished, leaving potential damages and/or unfinished work in my house, and then ghosted me. I sent them multiple follow up messages/calls/emails and never heard another word.
Very strange - probably avoid if you need anything beyond a basic job.

From the get go Sorted Electrical have been fantastic. George came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and explained the necessity to some of the item upgrades he had quoted me. He was able to fit me in to be the work done the following week.

Had a very efficient and professional recent experience with Sorted Electrical. We had been having difficulty finding a certified electrician to come around to give us a quote for some work required by Energex, after some upgrade work in our neighbourhood. The team at Sorted responded very quickly and offered a free quote. We just had new fans replaced and installed (both outdoor and indoor) and some new electrical switches put in by Flynn and George and honestly they were amazing, super professional and got the job done to an excellent level. Flynn worked so hard to replace our fans which needed changing from remote controlled to hardwired wall ones. All sorts of obstacles were thrown his way, like we don’t have a manhole and he couldn’t access cables through the roof because our solar panels were in the way. But he worked around it all with a smile on his face and just got the job done, communicating with me the whole time. We are very happy and will definitely use Sorted Electrical again. I was referred to Aidan by another electrician to quote for installation of a wall fan. Aidan responded to me within five minutes, had a link sent to me for completion (requesting basic details like name, address and brief description of service required) and had a quote to me within five minutes. Once accepted, he booked me in for installation five days later.
Two gents (pretty sure it was George and Jordan, but correct me if I am wrong) arrived bang on time at 7am to do the install and I asked them to also retract the ceiling light (to which they suggested a downlight) and also did me a favour by putting up a small wall shelf. They were done and dusted by 7.45am.
This is the type of customer service that is hard to come by these days and when you get it, you are so grateful.

I'm so glad to have found Sorted Electrical. Aidan has been very responsive and patient with my questions and his online quotation and booking process is excellent. George and Dylan arrived half an hour early and are such knowledgeable, friendly, respectful guys. They very efficiently finished the job we had requested. We asked to show them some future work so that we knew what to ask for a quote on... they quickly identified two issues and fixed them on-the-spot... this was beyond expectation, especially so close to Christmas! George then provided us advice on some other work that we will get them back for in the new year. We highly recommend these guys - don't hesitate to give Aidan a call.

Very good service on outdoor ceiling fan installation. Thought I might have timing problems in the pre-Xmas period but Sorted did a great job, very promptly. Good communication to arrange timing. George installed the fan efficiently and carefully. Set up and explained the remote device. Cleaned up well. A very satisfactory experience. Thanks.

We used Sorted Electrical to replace and install new ceiling fans all throughout the house, as well as installing new oven and stovetop.

Aidan Short and his team have been fantastic each time they have done work at my home. They have been punctual, clean, fast and polite and have done the work required to an exceptionally high standard.
The first time was to install lights and switches Three qualified electricians arrived and the work was completed in a flash.
They have caused the least possible disruption and even done extra work without any fuss at all. I highly recommend Sorted Electrical and would not call anyone else to do my electrical work.

Very happy with this service. Had initially booked another company (smoke alarm solutions) to do this job and they mucked me around from the get go. Once I called Sorted Electrical, everything went smoothly for our smoke alarm install. I'd definitely recommend and hire again.

The whole process from booking to installation was fantastic. Aidan was quick to respond and arrange an appointment. I am very happy with the end result and trusted his recommendations for the much needed light upgrade. Sorted Electrical was used to move wiring etc when we had a new hot water system fitted and moved to meet BCC regulations.
They were prompt in being able to fit in with the plumber to ensure that the installation was completed as soon as possible.
Sorted Electrical were a pleasure to deal with, clear in what the job entailed and the work was very neat and tidy.

Very professional and easy to deal with company from the offset. Aidan was very responsive to my inquiry and booked the work in quickly for me.

These guys are very easy to deal with great upmarket quoting system. Extremely fast and professional communication and arrived on time, additional work also completed on the day.
