From when Aiden came to quote the job for 3 fans and adding some power points to Stuart installing them, the Sorted Electrical team were fantastic. Being a neat and tidy freak myself, they conducted themselves wonderfully and the end product was completed well above what I expected and cleaned as he went and left our home like it was before he started. I recently had Sorted Electrical install several power points, LED lights and pendant lights, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The quote process was incredibly easy to arrange. Aidan came out to discuss the work, explained everything clearly and provided excellent advice without ever being pushy. On the installation day, Dylan arrived right on time, was professional, clean and tidy, and completed the work to a high standard. I wanted a quote for inter-connected fire alarms, to comply with the new regulations coming to Qld on 1st Jan. Tom arrived to look at the house and give me a quote. From an algorithm on Facebook - to an immediate text and email response - to a site inspection for a quote - to a date for installation all within 2-3weeks is exceptional service. Then to experience Tom (The Installer) in and out within 3-4hours (4 fans) which included removing all rubbish, vacuuming, testing and demonstrating use. I’m still pinching myself. I now looking to do more electrical work. Well Done SORTED!!

From the first point of contact, through to installation and handover. The team at Sorted Electrical was flawless!! Excellent communications, workmanship and knowledge. Some companies don't even return your enquiry or not in a timely matter. These guys are actively replying and its safe to say all communications was replied daily. These guys are very easy to deal with great upmarket quoting system. Extremely fast and professional communication and arrived on time, additional work also completed on the day.
