From start to finish, Aidan and his team were amazing.I was referred to Aidan by another electrician to quote for installation of a wall fan. Aidan responded to me within five minutes, had a link sent to me for completion (requesting basic details like name, address and brief description of service required) and had a quote to me within five minutes. Once accepted, he booked me in for installation five days later.Two gents (pretty sure it was George and Jordan, but correct me if I am wrong) arrived bang on time at 7am to do the install and I asked them to also retract the ceiling light (to which they suggested a downlight) and also did me a favour by putting up a small wall shelf. They were done and dusted by 7.45am.This is the type of customer service that is hard to come by these days and when you get it, you are so grateful.Thank you so much to Aidan and the team for getting the job done in a smooth, professional and friendly manner.

We recently used Sorted Electrical to install a new oven and replace existing smoke detectors. Aidan was very prompt with providing a quote and was amenable to finding a time that suited us both to complete the job.Alex and Dylan turned up on time on the day; they were professional and super friendly and left everything spotless before they left.We are very happy with this local company and would definitely use them again for any electrical work.

Highly recommended! We had George and Dylan come today and they did a superb job. Super friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. We had a bunch of random jobs mostly to do with lighting and they were brilliant (pardon the pun). They were even able to squeeze in an extra job that we initially forgot about, installing an all-weather power point on the balcony.On the admin end, Sorted Electrical were a breeze to deal with, from the initial contact to prompt quote provision. It was all just easy and uncomplicated and made the entire interaction really stress free and great. Well deserved five stars - why can’t all trade experiences be this good!

Efficient, on time, reliable. They have now become my preferred electricians. I don't bother with anyone else anymore. I really like their work. They are neat and tidy and know their stuff and their prices are very competitive. They are great communicators too, ask them questions, they keep you in the loop, with clear written quotes, they will get back to you and be there for you.

I'm so glad to have found Sorted Electrical. Aidan has been very responsive and patient with my questions and his online quotation and booking process is excellent. George and Dylan arrived half an hour early and are such knowledgeable, friendly, respectful guys. They very efficiently finished the job we had requested. We asked to show them some future work so that we knew what to ask for a quote on... they quickly identified two issues and fixed them on-the-spot... this was beyond expectation, especially so close to Christmas! George then provided us advice on some other work that we will get them back for in the new year. We highly recommend these guys - don't hesitate to give Aidan a call.

Very good service on outdoor ceiling fan installation. Thought I might have timing problems in the pre-Xmas period but Sorted did a great job, very promptly. Good communication to arrange timing. George installed the fan efficiently and carefully. Set up and explained the remote device. Cleaned up well. A very satisfactory experience. Thanks.

We used Sorted Electrical to replace and install new ceiling fans all throughout the house, as well as installing new oven and stovetop.Aidan and the team are incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. Aidan Short and his team have been fantastic each time they have done work at my home. They have been punctual, clean, fast and polite and have done the work required to an exceptionally high standard.The first time was to install lights and switches Three qualified electricians arrived and the work was completed in a flash.They have caused the least possible disruption and even done extra work without any fuss at all. Sorted Electrical was used to move wiring etc when we had a new hot water system fitted and moved to meet BCC regulations.They were prompt in being able to fit in with the plumber to ensure that the installation was completed as soon as possible.Sorted Electrical were a pleasure to deal with, clear in what the job entailed and the work was very neat and tidy.Highly recommend Sorted Electrical.

We have just had sorted electrical out doing a heap of work at our place.
Aidan was super helpful, got back to me straight away, was on time and give we a reminder message to let me know he was coming.
His work was excellent, organised and when we asked if he could do a couple of extra things it wasn't a problem.

wanted to update all my lights to down lights and as I had no idea where to start I needed an electrician that knew what he was talking about and could supply and install what was needed for my home. Aidan arrived spot on time to give me a quote for the job. Aidan was very impressive, and knowledgeable and supplied me with all the information I needed and a very professional quote. I didn’t have to look any further. Aidan and Oskar arrived at the scheduled time and had the installation done much faster than I had anticipated, they cleaned up and left everything spotless.
